The company has a senior staff compliment of 8 and is headed by our Managing Director (full time)Mercy Kirika, who is a fully qualified professional with over 24 years experience in the Industry, 10years at Royal Swazi Airlines and the latter 10years at BCD Travel where she worked alongside the Managing Director. Mercy is an Utalii College graduate, where she attained her IATA/UFTAA Diploma and Travel Operations Certificate. She is a superb team leader and an excellent customer focused manager. Mercy’s qualities have been acquired through her senior position with an Airline and Travel Agent. She sits at the helm of the Company and together with the team , they have a vision and commitment to reshape and reposition Discount Tours & Travel in the industry to be amongst the leading travel agents in personalized service.

Agnes Maina

Our Travel Manager is an IATA Certificate holder in Travel operations, IATA/UFTAA Diploma .She has been in the industry for over 10 years and is extremely well versed with Fares knowledge and Flight bookings to any destination worldwide and will always endeavor to get the most convenient routing at the lowest cost possible. She is a reliable team player always ready to assist her colleagues. She is a meticulous and patient employee, who is comfortable working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. She is also happily available after hours to attend to any request or emergency. Agnes is well versed with both Galileo & Amadeus reservations systems.

Mary Juma

Our Senior Travel Consultant is an Utalii college graduate with a Diploma in Tours and Travel Management.  She works alongside Agnes our Travel Manager. She is very patient, reliable and friendly and is able to carry out tasks to completion amidst adversity. She is well versed in both Galileo and Amadeus reservation Systems and with most National Parks in Kenya & Tanzania.
