Offbeat Mara Camp is a secluded accommodation in the Mara North Conservancy. Guests have great access to this diverse and unspoilt part of Masailand where the migrating herds and resident game are free to roam, just north of the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Setting
Offbeat Mara Camp is a seasonal camp in a prime wildlife area. The camp offers a truly private and very traditional safari experience, with superb access to the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. Well distanced from other lodges and camps, guests benefit from great game viewing 'away from the masses'.
Accommodation & Facilities
Overlooking the plains of the Masai Mara, the camp sleeps 12 guests in six large tents, comprising of three doubles and three twins; an extra bed can be added to each tent for small children. Each spacious tent has an en-suite bathroom with hot 'bucket showers', wash basins and flushing toilets. Tents are furnished with large, handmade cedar beds, the finest linen and 24 hour solar lighting.
Guests can relax or socialise in the bar and 'mess' tent, furnished with comfortable sofas and a writing desk. There is also a library with wildlife guide books - a great place to share safari stories at the end of each day.
This is a traditional bush camp where evenings are spent eating dinner under the stars and sharing safari stories around the campfire.
Dining
Informal dining is hosted in the mess tent or around the campfire. The camp serves delicious English breakfasts, light lunches and three course evening meals.
Activities
Day and night-time game drives operate in custom-built Land Cruisers, with bush breakfasts, picnics and sundowners also on offer. Early morning balloon trips are also available and visits to local Masai Manyattas (homesteads) can be arranged upon request. Guests have full access to the Game Reserve and Mara River.
